So, I went and purchased my copy of Viral Monopoly. To the right I’ve attached a copy of the email receipt I got just for proof. As I’ve said time and time again, my aim on this site is to provide an actual review, which is actually useful unlike many other sites! I also have a screenshot of the receipt that was shown on ClickBank, so if you want to see that just drop me an email at: admin[atSignHere]viral-monopoly-review.net and I’ll be more than happy to send you more proof.
Am I Covered?
First of all, I’m sure many of you will be interested about the money back guarantee that Justin provides for Viral Monopoly. After all, it’s best to know you have your options open in case it doesn’t turn out to be so peachy! He offers a 60 day risk free money back guarantee. You just need to let him know and he will give you the money back within 24 hours, so we’re covered very well in that aspect.
Post-Purchase Offer – Traffic Multiplier System
Once I purchased Viral Monopoly, the first option I was given was the ability to add the Traffic Multiplier System. For a small investment of $197 you can have access to an automated system to drive huge amounts of traffic to your websites. The setup is quick and you can get going within 3 minutes of activating it! Sounds pretty amazing right?
The way it works is that it takes advantage of the people leaving your websites, something which a lot of people definitely disregard. By “recycling” this traffic Justin was able to find a way to monetize that as well so that nothing is wasted.
I personally I won’t be investing in this as I am not struggling in terms of traffic at all. My network of personal websites receive over 250,000 visitors a month, which translates to around 1,300,000 page views. I have the traffic I need, I just need to learn to monetize it well which is why I purchased Viral Monopoly. Obviously if you struggle at getting traffic then it is something which is definitely worth considering!
Don’t be too indecisive though as it’s a limited offer. If you’re unsure about it, I guess one option would be to get it to try it out for the duration of the 60 day money back guarantee. At least that way you won’t miss out!
On a completely off-topic note, the account at the bottom is my partner’s first blog that she started last month!
What Happens Next?
Once you finish the above your account is at Viral Monopoly is approved and you just need to fill in a few details so they know who you are. After that I was able to log on and download the Viral Monopoly System itself, and the instructions to go with it.
Upon opening the instructions booklet (PDF), one of the first things it says is that they have a support team ready to assist you, should you have any questions or issues. This is great as I’m sure I will have a lot to ask them!
Anyway I will now go and follow their instructions so that I can give you guys an idea of my initial impressions. I will hopefully update this post in a few hours with more information.
See you soon!
* UPDATE *
So it’s been a day since I bought the package (longer than I anticipated as I had other things to attend to), I have followed the instructions to set up my very first Viral Monopoly website, Guitar Offers.
Initial Impressions
I’m not sure how much detail I can go into about the specifics but basically it seems like a system which takes advantage of the viral effects of social networks to drive traffic to your site. The idea is very simple, but I can see a huge potential in the approach it takes. I guess the results will show us how effective it is.
In terms of setting up the site, it was extremely quick and easy as it makes use of WordPress. You just install WordPress, install the Viral Monopoly package and change a few bits here and there. Although it is possible to start with most of the default settings, I decided to customize most of them to fit my target niche. I believe it took me around an hour to setup this site, which includes creating a couple of images for use on and off the site. Obviously if you’re not so familiar with how to do all this then it may take you a little longer. However the instructions are very thorough and if you still have trouble, the support team are always there for you.
The reason I chose the guitar niche is because I already have a couple of established websites in this field. I have placed an advert on one of them to drive traffic to this particular site. I’ll come back and give you some statistics in a few days.
One last thing is that I had an issue installing Viral Monopoly and contacted the support team already. They were quick to respond and extremely helpful! So I would give them 5/5 for support! Very happy…
The Results
So far I’ve been running the system for around an hour and I have had:
As I said I will update this with the latest figures periodically.
The Verdict
It’s early days so it’s very hard to say so far. Anyone claiming to say they’ve had great success with this at this early stage, i.e. 1 day after launch is most likely bending the truth. This is obviously with the exception of Justin himself!
One thing is for sure however, which is this system has HUGE potential. I’m going to reiterate what I said in one of my previous posts, “What is Viral Monopoly“, which is that this is an automated system which will greatly facilitate you to earn money online. It does however still require effort on your part. Therefore I DO NOT suggest you get this if you are lazy or find it hard to motivate yourself.
From my impressions so far:
The Cons:
- Lack of Detailed Statistics – Although it provides some statistics in admin panel which can be seen in The Results section, I am used to using Google Analytics for my site statistics. Upon browsing through the site, I could not find an easy way to add the code to the pages. Luckily as I said, the support are great so I will shoot them an email about this to ask for assistance.
- Bugged Statistics – I’ve noticed that the “Total Visitors” randomly seems to decrease. This doesn’t make any sense to me. I guess there’s some bug in the code. Not really surprising though as I bought the product on the day of launch, and therefore there’ll be a few bits here and there that still needs to be ironed out.
- It Uses WordPress – The fact that it uses WordPress is it’s strength, as well as a weakness. A double edged sword if you will… The reason I say this is because I think we all forget how difficult it was to first get used to it. It offers so many features that it can be quite off-putting for a new user. Don’t worry about this point though, as it’s something which will become easier as you get used to it. As I previously said lazy, unmotivated people shouldn’t even consider investing in Viral Monopoly. Since you’re still reading this post, you’re obviously don’t fit in that category and therefore this should be a breeze for you!
- Snowball Effect – If I have understood Viral Monopoly correctly, Viral Monopoly is essentially a snowball effect. Well, I guess that is what viral marketing is!!
Anyway snowball effects can’t happen unless there’s an initial push. Therefore you will need a little bit of traffic to get this system rolling. If you offer something people are genuinely interested in though, this shouldn’t be a problem at all! - It Still Requires (Some) Work – It’s an automated system, but as I’ve said countless times you need to still put work into it to truly optimize it to increase your conversion rates. This is however true with any campaign.
- Limited Customization – To me it’s important to be able to remove links if I don’t want them. For example the script has “Powered by Viral Monopoly” at the bottom, which I personally don’t like. In addition on the download page, there is a step 3 which shows them suggested products. I can’t see anywhere to change this to something related to my niche, and therefore I had to resort to hiding it using jQuery (check the Bug Fixes page for information on how I did this).
- Sharing Bug (Important) – On the download page there’s buttons that allow the user to share it on their Twitter, Facebook etc… Clicking on these don’t work, as there is a JavaScript error due to the way the system has been coded. Don’t worry though, there’s an easy fix for it which I have shown on the Bug Fixes page.
The Pros:
- Huge Potential – It seems like an amazing system which should (theoretically speaking) definitely work. I will carry on running GuitarOffers.net a while longer and will update this post with statistics periodically to show you how it’s working out for me.
- It’s Viral – By fully utilizing the viral nature of social network sites, Viral Monopoly will help you drive a huge amount of traffic to your website, where you can monetize it.
- Email List – It’s not just the fact you’re going to make money through affiliate marketing, you are also building an email list that you can later monetize. Some online marketers can easily make $1,000+ from a single email, by sending out something that their subscribers would love.
- Cheap – Considering how much you gain from this it is EXTREMELY cheap! You get the knowledge, as well as software to allow you to build up email lists as well as sell affiliate products.
- User Friendly – It was extremely quick and easy to setup my first Viral Monopoly site. The instructions are very detailed and should help even a new web designer setup his first site easily.
- Great Support Team – The support team were quick to respond and gave very informative answers when I contacted them. One of the best support teams I’ve dealt with (HostGator is another company that has great support).
The Unknown:
- Makes Money – How will Viral Monopoly fare in terms of how much money it makes? Time will tell so keep an eye on this site!
What Now?
Viral Monopoly is something which should definitely be of interest to anyone who wants to learn how to make money online. From what I’ve seen it is a great system and I wouldn’t be surprised if we hear of some great success stories in the near future.
If it sounds tempting, go ahead and click on the link below to make the investment!
Still Not Convinced?
Don’t forget they have a 60 day money back guarantee, so you don’t really have anything to lose! Give it a go, and if you don’t like it ask Justin for a refund.
I’m pretty sure you won’t refund it though as it really is a great piece of software!
